BURR RIDGE VILLAGE CENTER WELCOMES NEW TENANTS

Two Bostons Pet Boutique now open; Stix & Stones Wood Fired Pizza and Evereve coming spring 2015

BURR RIDGE, Ill. (October 08, 2014) – Trademark Property Co., the Fort Worth-based retail and mixed-use development, investment and services firm, today announced Two Bostons Pet Boutique is open at Burr Ridge Village Center.  Stix & Stones Wood Fired Pizza and Evereve will open in spring 2015.
Two Bostons Pet Boutique is a multi-award-winning local independent retailer specializing in lifestyle and wellness products for both dogs and cats.  A grand opening celebration was held Saturday, Oct. 4 at the new 3,046-square-foot store located next to the elevator lobby near Starbucks.

Evereve, a clothing boutique specifically designed for a mom’s ever-changing lifestyle, will open a 2,618-square-foot store near Claire’s in spring 2015. Formerly known as Hot Mama, Evereve has more than 50 locations in a total of 18 states across the country.

Stix & Stones Wood Fired Pizza will also open at Burr Ridge in the spring.  Stix & Stones is owned by the same company as The Lucky Monk, a successful burger, pizza and beer restaurant based in South Barrington, Illinois.  The 2,285-square-foot new Stix & Stones Wood Fired Pizza will be located near the Starbucks and Two Bostons Pet Boutique.

“Since coming on board, we’ve evaluated the merchandising mix and really looked at what the community wants when it comes to their shopping experience. The new stores will expand our loyal customer base and help make Burr Ridge a unique shopping destination,” said Trademark CEO Terry Montesi. “These new tenants are a great fit with the existing restaurants and retail and fill a niche needed at the center.”

Two Bostons Pet Boutique, Stix & Stones Wood Fired Pizza and Evereve join a variety of tenants at Burr Ridge Village Center including Kohler Waters Spa, named Chicago magazine’s “Best Day Spa,” as well as LOFT, Banana Republic, J. Jill, Jos. A. Bank, White House | Black Market and Starbucks.

Trademark Property was hired in July to handle management, marketing, accounting and construction for Burr Ridge Village Center, a 200,000-square-foot mixed-use lifestyle center in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
