This class will warm you up! Jambalaya, a creole landmark dish with cooked rice and a variety of ingredients, including shrimp and crawfish, Classic Shrimp and Grits, and Pan-seared Pork Chop with homemade chow chow relish of pickled corn and onion, celery and peppers.
